VISA PROCESS

  • Support to clients/candidates around understanding the visa process and expected timeframes for relocation

  • Introduction to our associated immigration advisor if required

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Streamlined and organised interview process

  • Full outline of each candidate’s personal situation including marital status, whether they own a property, to if they plan to ship furniture

  • Detailed breakdown of potential candidates’ skills, qualifications and how they might differ from the UK to New Zealand

OVERSEAS QUALIFICATION TRANSFER

  • Information on any qualification transfer or license application the candidate would have to apply for to work in his trade or profession in New Zealand

POST COMMENCEMENT CHECK

  • Bi-weekly check-ins with the candidate’s manager on how they are settling in and if there is anything we can communicate and need to discuss with the candidate

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

  • 3-month replacement or refund guarantee for any candidate who is not successful (as per terms and conditions)

SET-UP & ORIENTATION

  • Pre-arrival introductions to other Inceptus candidates in their region

  • Assistance setting up bank accounts, arranging NZ driver’s license, IRD Numbers
