Along with a candidate’s CV, we send a detailed summary outlining their situation, further specifics around their experience, goals for the future, salary expectations. At the interview stage, we conduct a minimum of two reference checks. These are completed in a neutral manner and with integrity, ensuring we provide our clients with honest and transparent information about the candidate they are potentially about to employ. This honesty has enabled us to maintain long-standing relationships with numerous clients across the country.
