Along with a candidate’s CV, we send a detailed summary outlining their situation, further specifics around their experience, goals for the future, salary expectations. This enables us to give our clients a clearer picture of the person they are reviewing.

At the interview stage, we conduct a minimum of two reference checks. These are completed in a neutral manner and with integrity, ensuring we provide our clients with honest and transparent information about the candidate they are potentially about to employ.
