Senior Building Services Engineer - Auckland
Our client is a main contractor who needs either a Senior Building Services Engineer or Building Services Manager for major commercial projects in Christchurch. This role is perfect for someone who is determined to make a new life in New Zealand with a progressive company who ensure all staff feel like part of a larger family. Our client has a range of projects ranging in value from $10m up to over $100m.
In this role you will be working as part of a strong commercial team who will provide guidance and support. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious and thinks outside the box. It is a varied role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidates will have the following:
Minimum of 5 experience and qualifications within the Building Services Sector.
A good knowledge of service issues
Knowledge of contractual obligations
Ability to plan, monitor and control cost
Ability to plan, monitor and control programme
The attitude to take ownership of services installations
Disciplined and self-motivated with a positive approach to work
Customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service
Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Effective and professional communicator
