Project Administrator - Christchurch

We have an opportunity for a Project Administrator to work for a residential construction company in Christchurch central.
This is your opportunity to work for a national award winning business in residential construction in New Zealand. With an experienced, close-knit team, who pride themselves on delivering quality and craftsmanship for their clients. Their focus has progressed, now embracing health based building ideology to create homes that are warmer, healthier and energy efficient using natural and recyclable building products.
In this role you will be working closely with internal Project Managers, Quantity surveyors and Senior Management. You will be comfortable dealing with subcontractors and clients. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious and able to multi-task and work to deadlines. You will receive support and mentoring from Senior staff. They have a number of interesting projects at the moment around Christchurch, varying from new build houses to Earthquake repairs and alterations.

The successful candidate will have the following:
Proven experience in office administration
Previous experience in construction preferred
Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making skills
Confident and driven
Organised and excellent attention to detail
Able to build strong relationships
Procore experience highly advantageous
Previous experience with different job management software packages, Google Workspace and Microsoft office
Comfortable dealing with subcontractors, council, management team, stakeholders
